Consultations and Appointments

All consultations are free of charge and require an appointment. Bookings can be made through our website. Once confirmed, appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the final cost of the tattoo.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Mean Machine reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to artist availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Tattoo Design and Ownership

Custom tattoo designs are created specifically for our clients. The intellectual property of the designs remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Designs may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. All equipment is sterile and single-use where applicable. Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to their appointment.

Liability Waiver

By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the procedure and any associated risks, including potential allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Payments

Payments can be made by cash or credit card. All deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your final payment. The cost of the tattoo will be agreed upon prior to the procedure.
